After you've sent us your client preparation form, give us a call on one of our toll free lines. Expect to talk about 15 minutes.

Help us fill in your patient history

As we talk on the phone we will ask you questions about your likes and dislikes about your current eyeglasses and about what else you have tried.

Your tray is organized for you

You are assigned your own tray and the tray number is given to you so that you can track the progress of your order.

We help you select a frame

We guide you through the process of trying on frames locally and help you select a frame appropriate for you.

Mail your frame to us

Once you've purchased a frame locally, you can mail it to us at our Novi, Michigan location. Or you may choose to purchase a frame from us.

We order your lenses

You quality lenses are ordered directly from the manufacturer in your name. They may take a week or more to arrive.

We cut your lenses and insert in the frame

Once your lenses and frame have arrived, we will carefully cut your lenses and mount them in your eyeglass frame.

We mail your eyeglasses to you

We fill out the customs paperwork and mail you your new eyeglasses from Michigan so they reach you in the USA quicker.
